Tracie is, IMO, the perfect Realtor. She is sharp, aggressive in the right way, and understands the nuances of the business; in fact, she knows the finance end because she is a CPA and worked as one for many years. She also understands the subtleties of working with various people. She helped us buy a house which had five offers already, and it went smoothly. We looked at the house late in the afternoon, and made an offer that night. Tracie worked until 11 PM to get it done.

In addition to that, she also listed and sold my house/property, which took a special sense of the market. The house required finding a unique person/persons who wanted property but were not afraid to tackle a fixer-up house. She sold it in a few weeks.

She was also exceptionally pleasant to work with and very responsive to all questions we had. I highly recommend her for either buying or selling.
